二、使用特性
聲納用縱向水密電纜一般用在水密穿艙部位,在外護套破損情況下,依靠電纜護套及電纜內(nèi)部密封填料來延緩進入電纜內(nèi)部的水的流動速度,提高設備使用的可靠性。

三、主要性能The main performance
電纜芯數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶需要從1芯到37芯,電纜導體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)先采用下表所示,導體電阻應符合下表規(guī)定。
Some cable core according to user needs from 1 to 37 core. cable conductor structure preferred as shown in the tablebelow. conductor resistance should comply with the regulations of the table below.
電纜導體金屬絲之間涂滿阻水膠,纜芯絕緣外的空隙填滿阻水材料,在內(nèi)外護套與屏蔽(如有)之間涂滿陽水膠來延緩水的流動,另外在外護套內(nèi)部密實繞包阻水帶,其材料特性為遇水會膨脹,填滿電纜縫隙,從而達到密封效果。電纜縱向水密封性能試驗:電纜-端開口放置在4.5MPa水壓下6小時不滴水。電纜經(jīng)過1000次雙向彎曲(彎曲半徑250mm),應不發(fā)生斷芯,且導體直流電阻、耐電壓試驗和絕緣電阻無明顯變化。

Cable after 1000 two-way bending (250 mm) bending radius, should not break in the core, and the conductor dcresistance, resistance to voltage test and insulation resistance has no obvious change.
